The Foundation for Digestive Health and Nutrition (FDHN) is the foundation of the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), the leading professional society representing gastroenterologists and hepatologists worldwide. The mission of the Foundation is to provide funds for research and public education in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure of digestive diseases.
Of particular interest to clinicians and researchers may be the $2 million in research grants and prizes the Foundation awards annually.
The Foundation works with volunteer physicians to raise funds for gastrointestinal research. Physicians interested in learning more about participating in the work of the Foundation are encouraged to contact the Foundation at info@fdhn.org.
